These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KitE Travel Agency’s services. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
“Client”, “you” or “your” means the person(s) making the booking or using our services.
“We”, “us”, “our” or “KitE Travel Agency” means the travel operator / agency providing the services.
“Services” means booking of flights, hotels, tours, travel packages, transfers, etc.
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation (email, voucher) from us and after all required payments are made.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking for any reason, including supplier constraints or legal/regulatory issues.
All prices are in [currency, e.g. Jordanian Dinar / USD].
Prices may fluctuate until full payment is received.
Deposit / full payment deadlines will be communicated at time of booking.
Late payments may incur fees or cancellation.
If you cancel your travel, cancellation fees (as below) apply.
If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will endeavor to assist but are not legally bound to full refund.
[Insert your cancellation schedule here — e.g.:]
More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund
15–30 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: no refund
Some suppliers (airlines, hotels) may have stricter non-refundable policies — those apply too.
Requests for changes (dates, names, services) must be made in writing.
Change fees may apply, plus any additional costs from suppliers.
Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary (e.g. times, services) for operational reasons.
If such changes are significant, we will notify you and propose alternatives or refunds.
If we must cancel a trip (for reasons other than force majeure), we may offer a full refund or alternative.
We act as agents for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). Our liability is limited to assisting you.
We are not liable for death, personal injury, loss, delay, or damage resulting from acts of God, weather, strikes, political unrest, acts of government, or other force majeure.
You must have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance. We are not responsible for your failure to obtain these.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended (and sometimes mandatory).
You are required / strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, loss of baggage, etc.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper documents and health requirements (vaccinations, visas). We can assist you, but you are ultimately liable.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, strikes, etc.).
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country — e.g. Jordan].
Any dispute shall be resolved via [arbitration / courts in your city / agreed jurisdiction].
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and rest remain valid.
These Terms, along with booking confirmations and policy documents, constitute the full agreement between us.
Given the nature of travel, “returns” are not usually applicable. Instead, we use Cancellation / Refund / Change Policy:
General Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel by notifying us in writing (email).
Cancellation fees depend on how far in advance you cancel (see schedule above in Terms).
Non-Refundable Services
Some services (e.g. “non-refundable” hotel rooms or flights) are not eligible for refund — per supplier rules.
We will notify you at booking if a service is non-refundable.
Partial Refunds / Credits
If cancellation is allowed, refund will exclude any non-refundable portion, service fees, and cancellation charges.
Alternatively, we may offer credit for future travel (valid for a certain period).
Changes by Client
Changes (dates, names, services) are subject to fees and supplier rules.
No guarantee of availability or cost parity.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within [e.g. 14–30 business days] after all supplier claims are settled.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a service or package, you are entitled to a full refund or alternative arrangement.
We are not liable for any additional losses or expenses (e.g. if you purchased non-changeable airfare on your own).
Force Majeure / Extraordinary Events
If cancellation or disruption is due to force majeure (pandemic, government restrictions, natural disaster), we’ll work to find solutions or refunds but are limited to supplier policies.
